Mandelson seeks Farage ‘help’ with Trump and ‘not over’ for Fury tophyper

A variety of stories appear on Monday’s front pages. Lord Mandelson is set to invite Nigel Farage to “help him win” Donald Trump’s administration when he becomes the UK’s ambassador to the US, the Daily Telegraph reported. The Daily Express carried the headline ‘Labour poised to push UK into recession’. The report quotes a study of business figures by the Confederation of British Industry (CBI), which suggests the government is creating a “hostile environment for ambition, investment and growth”.
